We are currently accepting applications for coaches who meet the criteria listed below. Applicants who are not located in the geographies listed below but do meet our other criteria are welcome to complete an application. We will keep applications on file for future reference. 

• We are currently recruiting coaching in the following regions: China, Germany, Switzerland, and Mexico
  (Coach must be fluent in English and local language)
• Certified coach by the International Coach Federation or an accredited coach training school
• Have 5+ years of experience coaching leaders
• Have 5+ years of experience as a leader working in a corporate environment
• Certified in one or more 360 feedback assessment tools
• Master's degree or higher is a plus
• International experience is a plus
• Ability to coach in a language other than English is a plus
