Did you know that employees whose managers excel at coaching are 40% more engaged and 3 times more likely to be high performers?
Being in charge doesn’t mean you’re leading effectively. Are your employees engaged and performing at their best? Or do you find yourself constantly solving problems, making all the decisions, and struggling to keep your team on track? The truth is, great leaders don’t just manage - they coach. And if you’re not coaching, you’re not leading. According to Gallup and Harvard Business Review, leaders who develop coaching skills foster better collaboration, drive innovation
and create an environment within which people do their best work. But it’s a mistake to assume as a leader that you will naturally develop coaching skills over time. The best leaders proactively learn how to infuse coaching into their leadership practice. And when you learn these skills, you unlock better performance, higher retention and a thriving team. Equip yourself with the leadership superpower that top executives swear by.
Are you ready to become the kind of leader who inspires and empowers?
The Coaching Skills Accelerator is designed to make you a great leader!

“I really like the structure of how each module is delivered and repeated each week. The consistent flow of pre-session work, in-session lesson delivery, and post-session reflection allows me to focus on absorbing the material and beginning to build skills based on the module’s teachings. Learning about the types of questions to ask clients when they're facing difficult situations, particularly to help them explore their values, was especially valuable. Both practice sessions were incredibly helpful, as they allowed me to see how these questions work in real-life scenarios. I also appreciate having demo sessions beforehand to observe another coach’s approach.”
