2. Who is Coaching Skills Accelerator course for?

This course is designed for professionals who want to integrate practical coaching skills into their leadership or client-facing roles. Whether you’re a manager, advisor, educator, or service provider, the course is accessible and relevant—no prior coaching certification is required.

3. What is the course schedule?

The course runs for 8 weeks and includes:

  • Eight 2-hour live interactive virtual sessions
    Eight 1-hour coaching assignments
  • Hands-on dyad or triad practice, small group discussions, and real-time feedback in every session
  • Four recorded coaching demos and four conversation guides
    You’ll gain a total of 24 hours of learning, including live instruction and practical assignments.

4. What are the prerequisites for joining?
