This Breakthrough Coaching Live Intensive Course is designed to accelerate the development of coaching presence and skills. Participants of this program will work directly with Marcia in a limited group of 50 to explore and apply what they need to fulfill their mission as coaches and accelerate their development of coaching presence and skills.

This course is tailored for coaches who meet any of the following criteria:
• Have successfully completed the Breakthrough Coaching Level 1 course.
• Possess ICF Accreditation at the ACC, PCC or MCC level.
• Hold EMCC Accreditation at the EIA level.
• Graduated from an accredited coach training program.

The cohorts are limited to 50 participants, all of whom have already gone through training with Marcia or hold an ICF or an EMCC credential. Coaches from the first cohort have singled out working with experienced coaches in a small cohort as one of their favorite features of this course!

The course consists of:
• 6 self-study modules
• 6 coaching demos (1 per module)
• 22 coaching exercises (optional)
• 22 self-assessments
• 24 tools and resources

And that’s not all! You will also receive permanent access to an exclusive community and a monthly live Office Hour with Marcia, where you can ask questions and gain deeper insights into the module content. Each session is interactive and tailored to your needs.

This 3-week intensive offers a unique opportunity to work directly with Marcia in a small group of experienced coaches. All sessions are led by Marcia and organized as meetings to enable high engagement and interaction between participants. Each session includes small group exercises and discussions, designed to deepen your coaching mastery.

The total time commitment to complete this course is 18 hours.

Each week, you will have a 3-hour Module deep-dive session, followed by a 90-minute Practicum. There will also be some recommended reading from Marcia’s new book, as well as additional opportunities to practice with your peers, should you choose to do so.

The Breakthrough Coaching Live Intensive course is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with a CCE accreditation. Upon successfully completing the program, if you are an ICF member, you will be entitled to 18 CCE Units (16 CC + 2 RD).

In addition, if you complete the bonus Breakthrough Coaching On-demand Course you can claim up to additional 14.5 CCE Units (13 CC + 1.5 RD).

And to make it more special you can earn up to +1 CCE Unit per attended Office Hour session offered monthly, and indefinitely.

After successfully completing all of the graduation requirements, you’ll receive the title: Breakthrough Coach Master.

You will be given access to the following:

• ICFs Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEUs) letter;
• Branded Logo

To graduate from the BC Live Intensive, you should:
• Attend 2 out of 3 Module sessions
• Attend all 3 Practicum sessions
• Complete reading and other mandatory assignments
Upon successfully completing the requirements, you’ll receive access to a special section of the Members Area called Graduation. There, you will find a personalized digital certificate, marketing materials, and – in case you’re an ICF member – a copy of your CCEUs letter.

Engaging in the Breakthrough Coaching course could ignite your creativity to develop and promote supplementary materials for various coaching, training, speaking, consulting, or marketing undertakings.
