It allows coaches to explore coaching fundamentals from a neuroscience perspective, helping them understand why certain techniques create a positive state in the client’s brain. The course covers topics such as holding clients as naturally creative, resourceful, and whole; asking powerful questions; listening deeply; managing personal thoughts and reactions; ethical standards; working with the body in coaching; exploring values and life purpose; using reframing; the impact of the coach’s presence; mindfulness; and helping clients become more integrated as human beings.
