Does This Sound Familiar?

You close your laptop after a heavy session. There is no one to debrief with. No colleague down the hall. No one to ask, 'Did I handle that right?' You want to learn from how other coaches navigate what you are navigating - but you do not know who to ask without feeling judged or competitive.

You are good at this work.

But doing it alone, for too long, is costing you motivation, perspective, and the quiet confidence that comes from feeling genuinely supported.

This Is For You If:

You are a practicing coach who has never had a real professional peer group - and you feel that absence more than you talk about it. You want colleagues who understand the language of this work. A consistent group you can be honest with. A place to debrief, practice, and reflect - without performing or pretending everything is fine.

You belong here if you believe coaching is better done in community - and you are ready to stop doing it alone.

The Room Where Coaches Talk Like Coaches.

The Coaching.com Membership is not just a learning platform. It is a professional home - a living community of coaches at every stage of their journey, all committed to the same thing: doing this work well, and not doing it alone.

Here is what that looks like in your real coaching life:

Business Growth Studio

Hosted monthly by Jonathan Reitz | 4th week of every month | 90 minutes

A monthly live lab focused on one thing: helping you build a coaching business that actually works. Not more content to consume. Real momentum you leave with.

Why it matters

The coaching industry has over-indexed on craft and underdeveloped the skill of building a business. You can be an exceptional coach and still struggle to get consistent clients, price your work with confidence, clearly position what you do, and turn conversations into paying engagements. Mastery of coaching is not the same as mastery of building a coaching business. This is where that gap closes.

How it works

Each 90-minute session runs on a 30/30/30 model. 30 minutes of focused business strategy on what actually drives a coaching business forward: positioning, lead generation, pricing, referrals, and thought leadership. 30 minutes of practical application in small groups, where you build a plan and activate learning with accountability partners. 30 minutes of live hotseat coaching where real coaches bring real challenges and leave with a clear next step.

What changes for you

You stop figuring it out alone and start building with direction. Each session, you leave with clarity on what is actually holding your business back, one specific action to take this week, and a better understanding of how coaching businesses really grow. Because execution builds your business.

What Happens Inside The Community.

A Coach Posts About a Client who has been stuck in the same pattern for six sessions. Four coaches respond with specific approaches. One shares a framework from the Resource Vault. By the next session, they have three new angles they had never considered.

A Coaching Circle meets for the fourth month in a row. A newer coach has been watching for three months. This month, they bring their first real case. The group holds it carefully. They leave knowing they are not alone in this profession.

An Implementation Session after a Mastery Session on coaching through grief. Eight coaches. One question from the facilitator: what would you do differently with your most emotionally heavy client right now? Forty minutes of the most useful thinking any of them have had all month.

old-way

The Old Way

  • xCarrying the weight of difficult sessions with nowhere to take it
  • xSelf-doubt that amplifies in silence because there is no counterweight
  • xNo one to ask 'did I handle that right?' without feeling judged
  • xStuck moments that stay stuck because you cannot see outside your own frame
  • xMotivation that drops when there is no community to keep you accountable
  • xCoaching that feels like a lonely freelance pursuit, not a real profession
  • xLearning that happens in isolation and rarely changes what you do
new-way

The New Way

  • check-2A trusted peer room to process and reflect after heavy sessions
  • xPerspective that breaks the isolation loop - from coaches who get it
  • xA community where asking for help is the norm, not a sign of weakness
  • xOutside perspectives that transform stuck moments into breakthroughs
  • xBelonging to something bigger that keeps you in the game
  • xA professional identity and home base you are proud to be part of
  • xLearning that happens in community and sticks because you applied it together

40,000 Coaches. One Professional Home.

Our community spans every coaching speciality, every experience level, and dozens of countries. What they share is not a coaching methodology. It is a commitment to doing this work well - and a belief that it is better done together.

1. What are Coaching Circles, and do I have to perform in front of other coaches?

Coaching Circles are small, consistent peer groups of 8-12 coaches that meet monthly - the same group, every month. Facilitated, safe, and designed for real professional dialogue rather than performance. You can observe for as long as you need before participating. Most coaches find that within two or three sessions, the group feels less like strangers and more like the professional peers they have been missing their whole career.

2. What is the online community actually like? Is it active?

It is active, warm, and substantive - which is rarer than it sounds. Coaches post questions about real client situations and get thoughtful responses from peers who understand the work. It does not feel like social media. It feels like a staffroom for coaches - the professional dialogue space that this profession has never really had before.

3. I do not want more calls on my calendar. Do I have to attend everything?

The live Mastery Sessions and Coaching Circles are the core rhythm - three sessions and one Circle per month. Everything else is on-demand. You choose what to attend and when. Many members find that the community becomes a daily touchpoint that costs them nothing in scheduled time - just a few minutes when they need a perspective or want to share something.

4. I am worried the community will feel like a networking group where everyone is trying to sell to each other.

That is not what this is. The Coaching.com community is built around learning, peer dialogue, and professional support - not self-promotion. Coaches come here to think together, not to pitch. The Circles and Implementation Sessions are facilitated specifically to keep the focus on development. Commercial conversations happen elsewhere.

5. What if I am introverted? Will I feel pressure to be visible or participate constantly?

Not at all. Many members are introverted coaches who find the community works precisely because it is asynchronous and low-pressure. You can read, observe, and contribute when it feels right. The Coaching Circles are facilitated in a way that gives space to quieter voices. And some of the most valued members of any Circle are the ones who listen deeply and ask one precise question - which is, of course, a coaching skill.

6. I have tried online communities before and they always go quiet after a few weeks.

The Coaching.com community is sustained by the live session programme - every Mastery Session and Implementation Session generates fresh conversation, shared questions, and peer reflection. The rhythm of the Membership is what keeps the community alive. It is not a standalone forum. It is the social layer of an active learning programme.

7. Can I be in a Coaching Circle with coaches at a similar experience level to me?

We do our best to match Circles by experience and coaching focus. You will not find yourself in a Circle where you feel significantly out of your depth or significantly under-stimulated. Mixed-experience Circles can also be valuable - watching how a more experienced coach handles something you find difficult is one of the fastest ways to grow.

8. What if I join and the community does not feel like the right fit?

You have 15 days. Attend your first Coaching Circle. Spend time in the community. If it does not feel like the professional home you have been missing - full refund, no questions.
