Erik Skogsberg

Erik Skogsberg, PhD is a learning and leadership development expert who helps leaders and teams navigate the conversations that shape strategy, culture, and performance. As Vice President of Learning Experience at Voltage Control, he designs and leads immersive programs that strengthen facilitation, collaborative leadership, and organizational alignment.

Rooted in systems thinking, design thinking, and human-centered learning, Erik has partnered with leading companies, universities, and nonprofit organizations around the world. He has led global workshops, developed facilitation certification programs, and supported senior leaders as they confront complexity, build clarity, and accelerate momentum.

Erik holds a PhD in Curriculum, Instruction, and Teacher Education from Michigan State University, an MAT from Brown University, and a BA from Western Washington University.

He lives in Sequim, Washington (USA), and enjoys staying active, going to concerts and games, traveling, reading, thrifting, and collecting sneakers.
