Jane Horan

Biography
Jane Horan, EdD, is an author, advisor, and executive coach focusing on inclusive leadership and career transitions. She has written four books, including Coaching Inclusion: Empowering Behaviours for Positive Change (Palgrave Macmillan, 2025), How Asian Women Lead (Palgrave Macmillan), I Wish I’d Known That Earlier in My Career (Wiley), and Now It’s Clear: The Career You Own (Springtime). Drawing on corporate experience with Disney, GE, and Kraft, and her work with The Conference Board, Jane helps leaders and organizations build inclusive cultures and purposeful careers.
She has taught at Hong Kong University, the National University of Singapore, and the California Institute of Integral Studies, where she integrates her research on career navigation, inclusion, and cross-cultural leadership. Through her writing, teaching, and coaching, Jane bridges academic research and real-world application, helping individuals navigate meaningful careers and organizations create cultures of belonging and impact.
