Biography
Sandy Stansfield serves as the Director of Member and Industry Research at ICF, overseeing all research initiatives pertaining to the organization. Sandy has collaborated extensively with esteemed firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and the Human Capital Institute (HCI), contributing to the successful completion of over 15 industry studies. With 35 years of comprehensive research expertise, including 27 years dedicated to association management, Sandy brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to her role. She is a distinguished alumna of Colby-Sawyer College, having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
