3. When are the live sessions scheduled?

Each month, we host three live expert sessions aligned with a monthly theme, held on the first three Thursdays at 10 AM ET. Can’t attend live? Join a Watch Party to view the session recording in real-time alongside other members for added connection and accountability.

4. Are there any prerequisites to join?

None at all! The Membership is open to all individuals passionate about coaching, leadership, and professional development.

5. Is there a refund policy?

Yes! You can join risk-free with our 15-day money-back guarantee. If you decide the Membership isn’t right for you within the first 15 days, simply email [email protected] and we’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked. After the 15-day period, cancellations during your initial 12-month commitment will incur a $200 early cancellation fee. 6. What are Implementation Mastery (IM) Sessions?

Implementation Mastery sessions provide a structured, small-group environment (4-8 participants) to deepen your learning after live sessions. Guided by trained facilitators, you'll discuss how to apply key insights directly to your coaching practice—making real-world transformation easier and faster.
