Seats are required only for active coaches - except for the Free Coach Plan. No other user type requires a seat (e.g. admins, coachees, stakeholders). An active coach means that a coach is on an at least one active coaching engagement. Seats can be purchased monthly or on an annual basis for cost-savings.

No! You can send invitations to connect with others through your account. They don’t have to purchase a subscription or have any other obligations to CoachLogix.

Your privacy and confidentiality are our top priority. We utilize technical safeguards to protect the integrity and security of your information. We regularly back up your data to prevent loss and aid recovery. Additionally, we host data in secure SSAE 16 / SOC1 certified data centers, implement firewalls and access restrictions on our servers, and work with third party security firms to ensure the highest standards are met.

Yes. We don’t lock you into a contract (doesn't apply to Enterprise). You can cancel your seat anytime. You will still be able to access your account and proprietary content.

Yes. We won't delete your archived data even if you don't renew or cancel your seat - unless you'd like us to, of course! 

Active engagements are indicated by engagement status. The status of an engagement may be unpublished, active, paused, or completed. Active engagements are current engagements with future sessions scheduled.

Yes. Only coaches with active coaching engagements need subscriptions. You can invite unlimited admins, coaches, stakeholders, and coachees to create accounts and connect with you at no cost. It is free for each user to set up their account.

Yes. Our seat manager automatically assigns any available seats you have to coaches that need one. Seats are not attached to any one coach. You can check the status of your seat usage anytime by going to the Seat page under Settings. 

Yes. As a coach you also have the option to invite other coaches to your practice. You will be able to assign them coaching engagements from any of your clients. You will serve as the administrator to any engagements that the invited coaches are assigned to. You will also be able to invite other admin users to help you manage your growing practice!

If you try to activate an engagement for a coach that does not have a current seat, you will be asked to purchase a seat to continue.
