    9. What are the prerequisites for joining the High Impact Coaching course?

If you are eager to coach high-performing clients, build resilience and address your client’s most urgent needs first, this course is for you.

As Francesca Gino says “Clients who plan to accomplish the exceptional seek extraordinary coaches to support them”.

We will focus on real-life implementation, so it’s helpful to have completed coach training or the equivalent or have some experience before you start.

The course will not be reviewing the fundamentals of coaching but we still believe you’ll get value from the course if you are not a trained coach.

    10. How is High Impact Coaching different from other programs/courses?

The most exciting aspect of this program is that it is the first course that High Impact Coaching and Coaching.com have launched in partnership. It is taught by 5 of the leading thinkers in our industry today, as recognized by Thinkers50 and Radar30.

Each thought leader will present a specific topic of coaching which will address challenges in the modern world, providing participants with a cross-section of skills that will serve them today and in the future.

You’ll learn how to support clients to better navigate through challenging workplace situations and dynamics. These are the skills that clients increasingly expect from modern-day coaches working at the highest level.

    11. I am an experienced coach, will I get any value from this course?

Experienced coaches can gain massive value from taking this program as the course is designed for coaches that want to be challenged and learn how to create a faster impact with clients. We recommend this to experienced coaches for 3 main reasons:

    1. You’ll be learning from professors who teach at some of the highest caliber universities in the world and who are all highly experienced coaches. This means all of the strategies they are teaching are ones they implement themselves with their high level clients.
    2. The content has been designed around the most common challenges leaders are facing now. You’ll be gaining exposure to the best thought leadership in these areas to support your clients even more affectively.
    3. It’s important to continue your development and hear different perspectives when adding skills and techniques to your toolkit. This opportunity brings a variety of perspectives to you so you can select what will work best for your clients in any given situation.
    12. Can I expect an ROI from this course? How has this course benefited coaches to justify ROI?

Because the modern workplace has undergone radical transformation, new skills are required for coaches who want to stay two steps ahead. In this course, you will learn what high-performing clients now need from coaches so they can thrive in this changing environment. It will equip you with the knowledge and tools required to support your clients as they navigate a chaotic context.

In addition, thanks to the years of experience, Coaching.com programs are regarded for their quality, consistency, and high operating standards. Our programs have a world-class status with a completion rate of 95% and an average student rating of 9.1/10. This course has been designed to help coaches build strong rapport with clients by addressing their most common and urgent challenges right now.

For the best possible return on your investment, enroll early! This will ensure you enjoy a 50% discount on the usual course price.

    13. How does this program tie together?

The program faculty are highly experienced coaches themselves and developed this course based off the most common challenges they were hearing from their own clients right now.
