In this session, we’ll dive deeper into the cognitive biases and heuristics that skew our thinking in ways we are not aware of, discuss how these biases impact our decision making, and talk about how to overcome them. Session Description:

In the Q&A portion of the session, coaches will get a chance to clarify anything still unclear from the course. In the content part of the session, coaches will learn about the difference between facts and assumptions, and gain an understanding of how weak assumptions can undermine plans and strategies. They will learn how to identify stated and unstated assumptions, how to rank assumptions based on the risk they pose to the strategy or plan, and finally a powerful red teaming technique for identifying and challenging assumptions. Besides the Assumptions Challenge tool, coaches will also learn the Triple-filter method used for prioritizing red teaming analysis.     2. What are the prerequisites for joining the Red Team Coaching course?

    The only prerequisite for joining the Red Team Coaching course is that you’ve attended or watched the Red Team Coaching Boot Camp.

    If you haven’t already, you can register for one of the remaining live sessions here.

    In the case that you can’t attend a live session, a recording will be released on Mar 16th, 2023

    3. What does the Red Team Coaching course include?

    Red Team Coaching is a 6-week course which includes a total of:

    • 23.5 learning hours
    • 23.5 ICF CCEUs, EMCC CPDs & SHRM PDCs
    • 7 immediately applicable tools
    • 5 Content Sessions
    • 5 Practice Sessions
    • 2 Ask Me Anything sessions
    4. How much time will I need to invest to be successful in the course?

    The course will run for 6 weeks, from Apr 3-May 9, 2023, for a total of 22 learning hours

    The course consists of both synchronous Content Sessions and Practicum Sessions as well as asynchronous work that you will need to complete on your own.

    Starting with Module 2, each module will consist of:

    • Pre-work (60-min)
    • 1 Content Session (120-min)
    • 1 Practicum Session (90-min)

    In addition, in Week 3 and Week 6, there will be a 60-min Ask Me Anything session for addressing questions and sharing experiences and insights.
