Critical thinking and problem solving are two of the most sought-after skills in today’s workplace, and corporations say they’re the hardest to find.
Increasingly, leaders outsource their decision making. Rather than utilize their own experience and employees, they hire expensive consultants to extract insights.
Navigating our complex world represents a serious challenge for today’s leaders. To be successful, they must make good decisions quickly, and that requires effective critical thinking.
Now there is a way to help your clients challenge their assumptions, stress-test their strategies, and create resilient plans that are ready for whatever tomorrow brings.
